● Initial Design Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the initial design concept, you
may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the design. A partial refund may be
issued based on the amount of work completed.
● No Refunds After Approval: Once you have approved a design or project
milestone, no refunds will be provided. It is crucial to communicate your feedback
and request any necessary revisions before approval.


2. Requesting a Refund
● Process: To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@weblinerz.com
with your reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 10
business days.
● Review: Our team will review the work completed and the reasons for your refund
request. We may ask for additional information to process your request.


3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as domain registration, hosting fees, and third-party software
purchases, are non-refundable once they have been purchased on your behalf.


4. Changes & Revisions
● Minor Changes: You are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as part of our
service. However, requests for significant changes or additional work outside the
original scope may incur additional fees.
● Scope Changes: If the scope of your project changes significantly after the project
has begun, we will provide an updated quote for the additional work required.

At Weblinerz, we strive to deliver exceptional services and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
1.1 If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund of your setup fee and any monthly fees paid.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your dissatisfaction and request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

Requesting a Refund:
2.1 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@weblinerz.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your project or order number
  • The reason for your dissatisfaction
  • Confirmation that you are requesting a refund
    2.2 Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
    2.3 If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund Eligibility:
3.1 Refunds are only available for services provided by Weblinerz. Third-party costs, such as domain registration fees or third-party plugin licences, are non-refundable.
3.2 If you have received any deliverables or if work has already been completed on your project, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.
3.3 Refunds for custom projects will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific terms of the project agreement.

Exceptions:
4.1 The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to any additional services or add-ons purchased after the initial payment, such as logo design or content writing.
4.2 The satisfaction guarantee is not applicable if the dissatisfaction is a result of factors outside of Weblinerz’s control, such as changes in your business requirements or preferences after the project has begun.

Cancellations:
5.1 If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, please notify us at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
